All original sale and booking conditions apply to all tours that are found at the website of our agency www.milaviainter.com

The booking and purchase of the tour by the buyer implies that he/she has fully familiarized himself/herself with the current conditions of booking and sale, and accepts them to the full extent.

The current conditions of booking and sale of tours are valid since December 01, 2012 and replace previously existing versions.

DEFINITIONS.

-Tour Operator. Milavia International, Ltd company - a developer and executor of private complex tours solely to the countries of Latin America.

-Buyer. Any travel company/travel agent/individual tourist, desiring to purchase any of the tours, located at the website of a Tour Operator www.milaviainter.com

BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF PREMADE TOURS

-The itineraries of premade tours, that can be found at www.milaviainter.com , are property of the Tour Operator and are sold to the Buyer as complex programs. The Buyer cannot make changes to the name of the tour, to the text of a tour itinerary, or replace photographs, accompanying tour programs.

-The Buyer can request an extension of the tour with an addition of extra days to the route, but only before or after the beginning of the tour. The main program cannot be altered.

-The price of a tour can be requested in an email by Buyer using a Request Form that matches a tour program of interest, and which is located at the bottom of the page of each tour on a website of a Tour operator. The Buyer has to fill out this form indicating a date of the tour, number of people traveling, age, and type of hotel placement-single, double, or triple suites. The Buyer has to correctly specify their return email address.

-The Tour Operator offers all tours at a net price. The price of a tour depends on a number of people in a group and on a volume level of a tourist season.

-The pricing policies of the Tour Operator are determined in company's headquarters based in the state of IL, USA. All inquiries about discounts, price changes, and tour adjustments should be addressed to the Tour operator's headquarters at a following email: milaviainter@gmail.com

-The payment for the tour should only occur after the Buyer is provided with a final invoice.

-The Tour Operator provides a buyer with a final invoice, which indicates the deadline for the payment. The buyer is required to comply with the deadlines for the payment, or his/her order is automatically terminated. The fee for the reinstating of the order is US$250.

-Tour payments are only accepted in bank transfers to the bank of a Tour operator in the USA. The currency for payments are in $US.

-The full payment for an individual tour (1 to 7 people) has to be made by Buyer 40 days in advance (beginning of the tour) in an low volume season, and 60 days in advance in high volume and peak travel seasons (national holidays and celebrations, Christmas, New Year, Carnivals).

-Full payment for a group tour (8 to 50 people) has to be made 90 days in advance in both low and high level travel seasons.

-Full payment for tours to Galapagos Islands, Robinson Crusoe Island, and an Island of Fernando de Noronha has to be performed by Buyer 4 months in advance (before the beginning of the tour).

-The cancellation and refund policies are mentioned to the Buyer in each reservation and are also mentioned in a tour program. The cancellation sanctions depend on the volume of a tourist season (high or low) and on individual visitation policies of each country; hence they can be quite strict. That is why it is advised that a Buyer familiarizes himself/herself with all the policies and potential outcomes of tour cancellation in advance.

-Cancellation of a tour that was already paid for has to be requested in a written form at the company's email address: milaviainter@gmail.com

-Unpredictable events (force majeure). There are events that can cause a tour to be terminated, in which case the Tour Operator is not responsible for financial refunds. Such events are: war, revolution, strikes, terrorist threat, natural disasters, fires, and other unpredictable circumstances. The Tour Operator holds no responsibility for these events, thus has no financial accountability to return the funds to the Buyer.

-Tour Operator does not include insurance into the price of a tour.

-Tour Operator highly advises a Buyer to purchase tour insurance, which is offered at an additional price.

-Buyer has a right to purchase tour insurance from a company of their choice.

-Buyer carries full responsibility for the purchase or rejection of tour insurance.

BOOKING AND SALE OF CUSTOM MADE TOURS DEVELOPED AT A SPECIAL ORDER OF A BUYER

Milavia International, Ltd is the only Tour Operator in countries of Latin America that specializes in developing and realization of unique routes of various levels of difficulty from Mexico to Patagonia.

-We offer you to break free of conventional tourist routes and stereotypes and plunge head first into authentic Latin American environment.

-We are able to cater to any desire of our customers and provide them with detailed information about the most wonderful and little-known places for the most informative, active, and luxurious adventure to Latin America.

-We are ready to develop and create your OWN unique tour program, which will be custom tailored to fit your needs and standards.

-Tours that are custom ordered and custom tailored are not tours displayed on our website. Creation of these tours requires extra efforts, time, and finances. Besides that, it often happens that these tours do not find their consumers in the future, and that is the reason why the Tour operator requires a deposit of $500US in order to cover those additional expenses.

-Before the beginning of the developing of a custom tailored tour, the Buyer requires a deposit of $500US to the banking account of a Tour Operator, located in the US.

-This deposit of $500 will be included into the price if a Buyer agrees to this tour, and will not be refunded if a Buyer refuses the tour.

-The full payment policies for a custom made tour are listed in each separate case in the tour program itself.
